National Trust Puts "Partners in the Field"
In February, the National Trust for Historic Preservation announced the second round recipients of Partners in the Field matching challenge grants to Statewide and Local Partner organizations.
These multi-year grants strengthen efforts of state and local preservation organizations nationwide to provide preservation assistance to their constituents. The Northeast region did exceedingly well in the grant competition: all six Partner applicants from our region were awarded grants to launch or expand field services programs in partnership with the Northeast Office.
The winners are: Maine Preservation with Greater Portland Landmarks, New Hampshire Preservation Alliance, Preservation Buffalo Niagara, Preservation Delaware, and Preservation New Jersey...
