We can advise you on the next steps to take, help you contact other individuals or organizations who can assist your project, help you build the capacity you need, facilitate cooperation among parties, and advocate for your project.
The Southern Office also offers Strategic Planning for nonprofit organizations. Strategic Planning is a valuable tool to help local organizations define their mission, set goals, and plan for the future.
