Annual Membership Meeting

Members of the National Trust for Historic Preservation are encouraged to attend the Annual Membership Meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. at Shea's Performing Arts Center, 646 Main St., Buffalo, N.Y. The meeting's principal purpose will be the election of trustees. The trusteeship and governance committee of the Board of Trustees has nominated the following individuals for election as trustees:
For an Initial Three-Year Term: Laura W. Bush, Dallas, Texas; Susan E. Chapman, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Charles Morgan Royce, Riverside, Conn.; Fernando Lloveras San Miguel, San Juan, P.R.
For a Second Three-Year Term: Jorge L. Hernandez, Coral Gables, Fla.; Diane Keaton, Beverly Hills, Calif.
For a Third Three-Year Term: Jack W. Davis Jr., Chicago, Ill., and New Orleans, La.; Paul J. Goldberger, New York, N.Y.; Irvin M. Henderson, Henderson, N.C.; Nancy Killefer, Washington, D.C.; Jeffrey H. Schutz, Clyde Park, Mont.; Barbara G. Sidway, Baker City, Ore., and Palm Beach, Fla.
For Two-Year Terms: The chair of the Board of Advisors and the chair of the Historic Sites boards are nominated on an ex officio basis to serve two-year terms. These individuals will be chosen at the National Preservation Conference by the Board of Advisors and the Historic Sites boards, respectively.
