Event Lifecycles: The Power of Analysis
All Main Street programs produce events to raise funds for the organization and to create reasons for people to visit the downtown. These events have predictable marketing product lifecycles that can be charted and easily analyzed. This session will teach you about product lifecycles as they apply to Main Street events. We'll provide you with charts and assessment tools you can use to see how your events are doing and offer advice to help you keep events from losing revenue. We'll also do two short exercises that you can complete when you get home.
