Rejuvenating Main Street Boards
Does your Main Street board suffer from one of the age-old problems afflicting ongoing boards? Is it stagnant and self-serving? Does it have a bad habit of expecting you, the Main Street manager, to do everything? Is the board drifting without a clear sense of direction? This workshop will identify a strategy for rejuvenating Main Street boards and invigorating officers and committee chairs. You'll also get tools that can help your board improve its effectiveness by identifying a clear purpose, goals, and activities.
