General Conference Information

The 2012 Main Street Expo will take place at the Baltimore Hilton, 401 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland April 2-3, during the 2012 National Main Streets Conference, April 1-4, 2012. For more details on the conference, visit the program and schedule page.

Main Street Expo Hours and Dates

  • Monday, April 2: 1:00-7:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, April 3: 8:00-2:00 p.m.

Activities in the Main Street Expo

  • Main Street Exhibitors' Reception: Monday, April 2 5:00-7:00 p.m.
  • Passport Raffle drawing: Monday, April 2 6:40 p.m.
  • Passport Raffle drawing: Tuesday, April 3 1:40 p.m.
  • Refreshment breaks Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning and afternoon

Booth Fee Includes

  • 10'x10' exhibit space with 8' backdrop and 3' side dividers
  • 6' draped table and 1 chair and wastebasket
  • Booth identification sign with your corporate name
  • 2 complimentary conference registrations per booth
  • Electronic attendee list to use before and after the conference
  • Listing in the Conference Program and Expo Guide (registraiton received after February 6 cannot be guaranteed a listing in the program and guide)
  • Invitaiton to all booth staff for the Opening Reception on Sunday, April 1 at Camden Yards
  • 24-hour security and maintenance of the exhibit hall
