We might not all be able to have a defined arts district, but we all can tie art into our downtown areas. Learn how three communities with populations ranging from 9,000 to 90,000 have used art to draw attention to their Main Streets, pay homage to local heritage, boost tourism, and even keep downtown alive during streetscape construction. CM | 1.25
