2012MSConference Register ButtonThe conference registration fee includes admission to all of the conference's non-ticketed events: all plenary, general and classroom sessions; the Main Street Expo and all expo events; and the Opening Reception. It also includes conference materials and access to continued online networking and learning before, during and after the conference.

Registration Categories

  •  Network member: To qualify for the network member rate, you must provide your membership number when registering. If you are not a member, you can join now and get the discounted registration rate.
  •  Network Member Group: This rate is available to three (3) or more people from the same Network Member organization attending the conference in Baltimore. So gather a group of colleagues and board members to take advantage of this rate.
  •  Not a Network Member yet? learn more about the benefits of membership
  •  *Student rate: Registrant must be a full-time student; a copy of current student ID will be required. Fax a copy of your student id with your email address to 202-588-6050 or email to and we will email you instructions to register.

Event Tickets

Ticketed events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Online registration is recommended for the best chance pf securing popular tickets. All ticket sales are final after March 16, 2012. Refunds for sold-out events will be issued approximately 30 days after the conference. Check for ticket availability

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations received by February 17, 2012, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after February 17 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after march 16, 2012 will not receive a refund. Tickets may be canceled or exchanged until march 16, 2012. Not refunds or exchanges for tickets will be made after march 16, 2012. A $25 administrative fee will be applied to a cancellation refund.
