Join your Main Street colleagues in Detroit, May 18-20, 2014, to see resiliency at work. The 2014 National Main Streets Conference will offer important lessons on resilience, innovation and hard work, all of which exemplify the Main Street movement across the country and can be seen first-hand in Detroit: a city that is actively building on its cultural and heritage assets to overcome economic challenges.
Registration for the 2014 National Main Streets Conference is now open! The rates are as follows:
• Early: $355 Member / $375 Non-Member
• Standard: $460 Member / $580 Non-Member
• One Day: $200 Member / $250 Non-Member
The early bird rate ends at midnight on March 17 and online registration closes at midnight on May 12. Onsite registration will be available at the standard rate.
With over a dozen mobile workshops, 60 education sessions, and several unforgettable special events planned, the 2014 National Main Streets Conference is the can’t-miss event of the year for revitalization professionals! Downtown Detroit and the Renaissance Center are just a couple of the amazing destinations in Detroit. That’s why we’re offering the Lunch Loop, a free charter bus running on a continuous loop from the Atwater Street entrance near the Marriott Motor Lobby to a different Detroit neighborhood each day. Lunch loop buses will run between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day of the conference. Just show the driver or transportation volunteer your conference badge and hop on! Learn more.
