Downtown Detroit packs the best of history, entertainment, dining, and culture all into one district. From trendy one-of-a-kind shops, culinary gems and etnertainment venues for the theater, sports, or music lover, there is something for everyone to enjoy right downtown. Between sessions try a historic architecture tour or check out the MoTown or Henry Ford Museum. Even better, attend a Detroit Tigers baseball game or visit one of many urban agricultural gardens.

The City of Detroit is known in the Midwest as a hub for international transportation. The Detroit Metro Airport currently serves 12 airlines traveling to 160 destinations around the world. Once you've arrived in Detroit, ten different shuttle, cab, and luxury sedan services are available to take you to the proposed conference location just 20 minutes away. Once in downtown Detroit, the Detroit People Mover can tranpsort conference attendees to 13 stations in districts such as Greektown, Bricktown, the Financial District, Joe Louis Arena, and many others including two stations serving the Renaissance Center itself.
