Creating Dynamic Public-Private Partnerships

Creating a successful public-private partnership was one of the fundamental principles guiding the Main Street Approach when it was developed 30 years ago. That principle is even more relevant now, when resouces are scarce and there is so much more competition for the public dollar. From forging partnerships on real estate deals, to taking the lead on heritage tourism, to investing in streetscape amenities, hear directly from municipal, county, and state officials who understand that Main Street is one of their smartest investments. This roundtable will generate new partnership ideas and ways to "make the case" to government officials.
