Get It Together: Apps, Tips and Tricks for Better Time Management

Unexpected visitors, piles of paper, time-consuming phone calls, meetings, and the never ending plethora of email all eat away at our already jam-packed schedule. This session will provide an overview of helpful time management tools, software, and apps as well as tips and tricks for getting organized. Real-life examples of how successful people and their organizations stay organized and on-task will be discussed.
Robyne Beaubien, Beaubien Consulting
Robyne Beaubien is a seasoned non-profit professional with experience in organization, branding and promotions. She has spent 25 years working in and with a variety of nonprofits, including Main Street, and currently consults with the New Mexico MainStreet Program in the area of promotions. In this position, Robyne works directly with Main Street staff and volunteers in image development, branding, special events, promotional events, and media relationships. She also facilitates training and strategic planning for promoting Main Street districts. Robyne has spent seven years directing a Main Street program, and her "in the trenches" experience brings a fresh and practical approach to her speaking style.
