Leading through Change

Change is constant, and no healthy organization is immune from it. As a board chair, executive director, or program director, are you prepared to lead your group, staff, constituents, or volunteers through change? Learn about the tools needed to create a culture of trust that will allow leaders to take a proactive approach and direct their organization more effectively when change occurs. This interactive workshop will highlight the different types of change and how to anticipate and address unplanned changes.

Annie Osburn, Johnson Center for Philanthropy

Annie Osburn serves as the nonprofit services program manager for the Johnson Center for Philanthropy. She is responsible for enhancing nonprofit organizations through technical assistance and capacity building. Her areas of expertise include volunteer services, mobilizing youth, and organizational structures and strategic planning. Osburn has worked in the nonprofit sector as a department director, operations manager, education director, consultant, writer, and speaker. Osburn holds a bachelor of arts in history, a master of education degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and is pursuing a master of public administration from Grand Valley State University.
