Internship Openings
National Trust internships are an ideal way to learn more about preservation or to gain experience in preparation for a career in the field. Most interns come to the National Trust's Washington Office during the summer, but a limited number of internships are available at other times or at other locations, such as our regional offices and historic sites.
Internship projects cover a range of topics, from very preservation related to more general opportunities in non-profit management. Students from all backgrounds and majors are welcome to apply. Most projects, unless otherwise noted, are volunteer opportunities, but students may be eligible for academic credit, or for grants from their schools that provide stipends for students working at non-profit organizations.
