Duties
- Manage the production of the bi-annual National Trust Council travel book
- Assist with the production of the National Trust Council Directory
- Enter response forms into the data system for the National Trust Council and Board of Trustee meetings
- Upload all correspondence and maintain the data system
- Draft all correspondence from the Donor Relations office including letters from the NTC Chairman, invitations, thank you letters and all correspondence relating to the distribution of trip information.
- Provide assistance with contract execution and payment schedule
- Update and submit the President's Holiday mailing list
- Uploading development images to the Image Management system
- Administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- College graduate preferred or equivalent work experience
- Development and/or donor relations experience
- Experience with contracts
- Familiarity with or interest in event planning
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and customer service orientation also required
- Extensive experience with computers, digital media and the Internet required
- Word processing and data management skills required, including strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and interfacing of products; proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and other software packages preferred; experience with AS400 or other membership/fundraising software a plus.
- Must be high-energy, task-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to work as a part of a team with all levels of staff and volunteers
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Attention to detail a must; excellent organizational and office management skills required includes working with multiple projects and deadlines.
