The “National Architectural Trust,” is the former name of an organization that has actively promoted and solicited historic preservation easements in recent years. In 2007, following trademark litigation initiated by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the National Architectural Trust changed its name to the Trust for Architectural Easements.
