Forum Members Save!
This year, only for Forum members, available only online, and only during June, register at the lowest fees available—$250 for Forum members. This new rate saves $125 off regular pre-registration and $300 on on-site Forum member rates. What Registration Includes
The registration fee includes entrance to all education sessions, plenary sessions and general sessions, the exhibit hall Nosh & Network, and the Opening Reception. Tickets are required for field sessions, luncheons and some affinity events. Costs for these events are listed in the Preliminary Program, on the registration form, and in the online registration system.

Cancellation Policy
Ticketed events are not refundable. Requests for cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing, either by fax to the numbers on the registration form, or by e-mail to conference@nthp.org.
Cancelled registrations receive refunds on a sliding scale:
- 100% refund of registration fee (minus a $60 processing fee) will be issued if cancellation request is received by September 1.
- 50% refund of registration fee (minus a $60 processing fee) will be issued if request received between September 1 and 30.
- No refund of registration fee will be issued if request received after September 30.
- Refunds are not available for ticketed events.
