Affinity Events
All proposals for Affinity Events were due Friday, February 22, 2008. Thank you to everyone who submitted a proposal.

Two types of events can be offered during the conference - ticketed and non-ticketed.
Ticketed Event: (Events for which registrants pay a fee and tickets are issued for admission.)
Ticketed events must be listed in the Preliminary Program Registration Brochure. Events must be submitted by February 22 in order to be included in the Preliminary Program.
Non-Ticketed Event: (Events for which no admission fee is charged.)
Listing non-ticketed events that do not require publicity or are "by invitation only" in the Preliminary Program Registration Brochure is optional. If you prefer to list the event in the Preliminary Program, the application must be received by the February 22 deadline. All events are listed in the Final Conference Program.
