PLT/A: Organizational Excellence

The goal of PLT/A in Organizational Excellence is to equip senior staff and board leaders with sophisticated management and leadership skills, equal to their preservation advocacy skills, that will contribute to the sustainability and capacity of their sponsoring organization.

[My goal for PLT/A was] securing new tools for organizational excellence and exchanging best practices. I'm glad I came. I got a lot out of it.

[My goal was] to gain insight into boards and board dynamics for a variety of organizations. This goal was exceeded because I learned how to affect boards and board decisions through a variety of avenues, like fundraising, investment, financial statements, etc.
