Donated to the National Trust by Patricia Geiringer, this one-and-a half story Cape Cod was built in the 19th century and is surrounded by 89 acres of land.
The National Trust offers a variety of creative and flexible options for those interested in making a planned gift. Bequests, annuities, Gifts of Heritage, and other programs provide donors with a way to extend their commitment to historic places and communities, in a way that complements their estate plans. Thanks to a special challenge grant, the Robert W. Wilson Preservation Legacy Challenge, the Robert W. Wilson Charitable Trust will donate up to an additional $10,000 for the National Trust today.
