William Paca would have loved this feast, taught in a private class by Craig Sewell, owner of A Cook’s Café and Chesapeake Cooking School. Through a combination of hands-on experience and demonstration, you will hone cooking skills, taste delicious food, and learn about sustainable farming and eating locally in Annapolis today. Make an elegant four-course meal featuring a lamb entrée and other ingredients familiar to our colonial forbears. Recipes will be provided and participants will share dessert at the end of the evening.
