These murals represent a true to life history lesson telling the story of our community.

The Veterans Park Murals tell many stories of the history of Clinton County as far back as the early 1800's when the Miami Indians occupied these lands to the early 1950's.  Many famous people are portrayed including Mr. Will Geer (Grandpa Walton from the famous TV Series The Waltons) to Lenna Sharp the famous author of the well known readers Dick & Jane and Adrian Marks the brave pilot who rescused many soldiers during the Pearl Harbor attacks.  The Murals are a popular spot for special events and tourists.
