Irish Culture & Heritage Center of Wisconsin, Inc.
The ICHC holds the largest Celtic genealogical library in the Midwest and the largest Celtic-dedicated library in Wisconsin.
The former church sancturary seating 750 people is used for concerts, plays, graduation cermonies and wedding ceremonies. We are the home to many Irish and Celtic groups for meeting and practice space.
We also host the largest lending library of celtic and irish books and authors. The ICHC has been a member of an important group of businesses and organizations dedicated to improving the neighborhood surrounding the center- Avenues West. The Center serves as a stablizing influence on neighborhood just west of the Marquette University. ICHC has been proud to be a part of the neighborhood improvement efforts and to help serve as an economic development tool for this increasingly important neighborhood.
