Distinctive Destinations Application, Part 1

This part asks for your personal contact information for communication with the National Trust about the program and will not be made available to the public. One the next page, we'll ask you about the historic place or museum you represent and the information you would like to make available to visitors. You'll also have an opportunity to submit one photo.

Please have information for the complete application prepared before beginning. All fields are required unless otherwise noted.

We will direct email about the status of this application and future communications to this email. It will not be shown to the public.

Submit Part 1

When you click "Submit" a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided above. You will then be taken to Part 2 and asked to submit information about the historic place to be included in Distinctive Destinations.

In Part 2 you will be asked for the following items which will be displayed on our website. Don't complete Part 1 unless you are prepared for Part 2 and Part 3.

  • 100-word description of the site
  • Short (30-word) sentence about the site
  • Hours and season of operation
  • Website
  • Public Phone Number
  • Discounts offered to National Trust Members

In Part 3 you will be asked for the following item.

  • One horizontal photo, at least 600px wide and 180 dpi
