Hours: Friday, February 28th, 2014 will be the first day of the 2014 General Operational Season for Bacon's Castle. The Castle will reopen for general admissions tours, shopping, and information on Fridays and Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Sundays between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.

National Trust for Historic Preservation Member Discount: $1 off the price of admission. May be combined with other offers. i.e. General Admission $8 Senior Citizen Admission $6 Senior trust member $5

 

North America's only surviving example of Jacobean Architecture. The Castle's structures, gardens and grounds showcase the history of Virginia beginning in 1665 when Arthur Allen built his great estate through today where it remains an ever-growing part of the lives of descendants and local families.
