Dandridge sits on the shores of Douglas Lake, a popular playground for water sports. The waterfront and Douglas Dike, a grassy peninsula created by the damming of the French Broad River, is a delightful backdrop to take in the town’s many outdoor events and festivals, including the annual Scots-Irish celebration.
