July 29 - August 11, 2010
Join us for a very special midsummer voyage aboard the new M.S. Volga Dream.
Hermitage
Peterhof Palace, Russia
Travel with your family to a land of splendid palaces and idyllic countryside along the waterways linking Russia's imperial cities. Following three days in Moscow, featuring a visit to the Kremlin and a performance by the Moscow Circus, cruise to medieval Uglich; the Golden Ring city of Yaroslavl; the village of Goritsy; Kizhy, with its distinctive wooden architecture; and quaint Mandrogy. Conclude with three days in St. Petersburg and a visit to the Hermitage and excursions to Catherine's Palace, with its re-created Amber Room, and Peterhof, the 18th-century estate built to rival Versailles. Activities customized for the younger set are also planned.
