Undiscovered Greek Islands Aboard Corinthian

October 2 – 10, 2013

In designing this itinerary, we selected islands that represent a wonderful cross-section of history, culture, architectural styles, even landscapes. On the rugged island of Amorgos we’ll visit a 1,000-year old monastery built against a sheer cliff. Limnos is especially rich in archaeological sites, and the island’s museum displays fascinating artifacts. And on Sifnos you’ll see villages in the classic Cycladic style of architecture—cube-shaped, whitewashed houses and shops with flat roofs, and their doors, windows and railings painted in brilliant colors.
