Combining the renowned historic sites of the Black Sea with the undiscovered splendors of the Sea of Azov, our voyage begins in Istanbul with visits to the Church of Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. In the Sea of Azov, discover the ancient Greek colony of Tanais, a fortress built by the Turks, and a Cossack history museum. Also explore the summer residence of the tzars in Yalta, the Potemkin Steps in Odessa, and Bulgaria's historic town of Varna.
