Sailing the Atlantic - Azores to Portugal Aboard Sea Cloud II
April 16–26, 2015
Each island visited has its own special character: São Miguel’s geothermal hot springs, steaming geysers, and crater lakes; the spectacular blue hydrangeas on Faial; the whale-hunting turned whale-conservation history of Pico; the wine-making tradition of Terceira, where the rich verdelho wine, once coveted by the Russian court, is produced; and lovely Santa Maria, prized for its beautiful beaches and warm climate. Three full days of sailing the Atlantic aboard the beautiful Sea Cloud II are sure to be memorable.
